How do I know when a sale order line has been partially received or fully received? Is it possible to tag sales order when its partially received or fully received? Every product has MTO enabled.

It's not delivered status. Once the items have been received I need to assemble them. I need to know when the items have been received into stock so that I can start the build process.
normally, without developing, no. by filters, you can filter it (delivered vs ordered qty).
