Our customer is using odoo13 community edition. Some of the records in Contacts and Leads are suddenly getting disappeared from the system. They are not even in the database. In some scenarios the values of the fields which are required are getting wiped off. There is no logic which wipes out any field data or any record in our custom addons.
Has anybody faced the same problem? Please let us know if there is any solution for this.

Hi,
Did you tried to see the log? if you are using linux, the default location is in /var/log/odoo. Also try to check the log of postgres in /var/log/postgresql
