I have 2 lot with same product and have quantity in same location , but while making internal transfer I have only one lot
?So ,why the other lot isn't in choice

Odoo chooses the lot that is expiring soonest and prioritize it for transfer. If the two lots have the same expiry date, it will choose the one that was created first.
First ,Thanks for your interest , but what happen is the lot which is expiring soonest is disappeared
