Hi, Odooers


I have been facing a challenge with POS App recently installed, Well my database already on multiple advanced price list, so when I open a new session in POS and select a product on the order line it can not fetch the price from the pricelist but from selling price field on the product template though when I click on the product (info) from POS view it shows the price correctly from pricelist, but not on the pos order line!! which force me to enter the price manually!!

Hi,

Check Pricelist Configuration:1. Ensure that the pricelist is properly configured and assigned to the POS.

Go to the POS settings and check  the correct pricelist is assigned to the available pricelist section.2. Please select the correct pricelist from inside pos session.
