PDF Report Issue (No Formatting)

Question

I have issues which are discussed a lot but i dont think any have concrete solution for it. the issue has been discussed in the following link too.

I tried report.url, base...freeze, 0.0.0.0, 127.0.0,updated the latest wkhtmltopdf in Windows 7 etc.
The only thing that is solved is that it does not take much time to create PDF. it processess immedaitely. But all the Text is left aligned to the report.
Does some one have propers solution for it. If yes then

Solved
Removed all the new parameters as suggested by others.
In the web.base.url inserted localhost or the host IP address and the reports are in proper format.
I didn't undo the update done on wkhtmltopdf.
Reports are OK.
