As the database getting bigger and bigger our oe_chatter is taking 5 minutes to load.
Please help to load it faster

it was the issue in JS file. So what I did just spot which js file is have issue and replace this js file to one which is there on latest js file for same odoo version. then that way it helped to load fast.
