How to add security in odoo for Sale Order that Sale Order can access by only one User  at a time.

Example : Consider Sale order SO001 and Admin User1 is Logged in then he can Confirm the same and  process the  same.

At the  same time If User2 is Logged in he won't seen SO001 or he can't  access the same sale order as it is already in progress or under some Operations.
