Que pasa si me compro el examen para certificarme en Odoo 16,el que vale 200$,y lo suspendo?
Es decir, tengo mas oportunidades hasta que lo apruebe o es solo un intento?

If you fail in the attempt, then you have to buy the certification again for whatever the certificate costs. Then you can attempt again on that purchased one.
Before you attempt the exam, you can go through Odoo Documentations and Odoo Video Tutorials. You can try your knowledge by using the demo exam as well.
