Hello,


We are struggling with Odoo Bot creating duplicate contacts. It seems to have something to do with the Data Cleaning function for the phone number which then creates another contact and attaches it as a "Related Company" on the original profile.


Workflow is as follows:

Contact created Day 1 @ 3pm by User X

Phone number updated Day 2 @ 5am by Odoo Bot

Additional Contact created Day 2 @ 6pm by Odoo Bot (and attached as Related Company to original contact)

Phone Number updated Day 3 @ 5am by Odoo bot (on second contact)


After that, no further contacts are created. 


Overall, it just ends up a messy database and the Deduplication is filled with entries.


Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any idea what could be causing this behaviour?
