Odoo 18 Community Edition - hide internal users from other companies

Question

Hi,
How can I hide internal users from different companies to each other? When a user logs in, he should only be able to see internal users within his own company - not from other companies.
In the access rights section, these users don't have multi-companies enabled, and have access only to their own company.
Is there something I am missing somewhere?

Hi, In Odoo CE, users are global and not isolated by company, so they remain visible across companies unless you manually restrict access. A practical way to handle this is to limit who can open the Users menus.
You can do it like this:
Go to Settings → Technical → User Interface → Menu Items
Locate the menus related to Users (e.g. Users, Groups, Companies)
Add the correct Access Groups so only that company’s managers can see those menus
