How should I procceed to configure properly the multi company record rule.

I have a company A which is the parent company

Company B and C are childreen then a user have access to both of them but some time when I log with the same user with have the access right to companies sometime I get this kind of error when accessing the modules

this the error I get:The requested operation cannot be performed due to the security policy. Please contact your system administrator (Type de document : stock.request, Opération : read)

Hi,

After enabling the multi-company option, you can set the hierarchy of the companies by setting proper parent company to each company.



Then in the users form view you can set to which company the user belongs to and set the allowed companies for the user.



Checking the error message you have got, it seems a custom model. So what you have to do to sort out this issue is that just activate the developer mode and navigate to Settings -> Technical -> Security, here you can see two submenus, ie, Record Rules and Access Control list, here you can check the access rights given for the model stock.request  and adjust those permissions accordingly and see
