hi,
i install odoo v9 in ubuntu os
after that create some custom modules in odoo
but now is some issue in debug mode and also in "database selector page" in odoo
in my database selector page js and css not render properly
i attach image also

Whatever it may look like and just for other users facing the same problem as the TO seems to have solved his problem:
Errors in custom modules or at the installation of additional modules may break the rendering of the Odoo pages, even the database manager/selector pages.
In order to achieve a proper rendering, the original error(s) causing the break must be eliminated.
