I am using odoo9, in sales and crm modules, I have to do below things
1.Quotation should be approved from Managerial level before send it to customers.
2.sales order should be approved from managerial level vefore send it to coustomers
I need these configuration in odoo9. how can I do it. Please let me know

There is no any module available for double validation, you need to do customization and make code through your own way as per your requirement.
