I have an Odoo IoT Box (version 18) on a Raspberry Pi 3. After powering it up, it only shows a black screen with the “Odoo” logo. The mouse and keyboard work but clicking Reconfigure does nothing. The IoT Box doesn’t create its temporary Wi-Fi hotspot anymore, and I can’t access it through SSH or Ethernet. I also added a valid wpa_supplicant.conf file to the SD card, but it still doesn’t connect or show up on the network.
Can you please advise how to reset or reconfigure the device manually?
