how to create  project having fixed tasks? And Each task need to direct to different forms?

for eg : Project A having tasks task1,task2 etc..

Project A (kanban view)--> Task 1(kanban view)-->formxyz

                 -->Task2(kanban view)-->formpqr

...here from kanban view of task , i need to direct to different forms on clicking the tasks..

Plz help me to sort this
