I have already found some instructions on how to do this, but none of them work for me.

If an article is not in stock, I would like to prevent the possibility of adding an article to the shopping cart in the store. On the other hand it should be possible to request this product manually by the customer - kinda like an inquiry.

Is there any solution for this?

I work on Odoo onlines (SaaS)
