Hi,
Accounting module is built on top of invoicing module, ie, account_accountant (Accounting ) module depends on account (Invoicing) Module.

So when you uninstall the account module, you must have notified that the Accounting module also will get uninstalled.

In order to get old data, if you have a db backup, you can try to restore that back up and use or get the data from the old backup and restore it to the current db.
