I can't get Peppol installed. External dependency phonenumbers not installed: No package metadata was found for phonenumbers

Question

When I try:

Unable to install the "account_peppol" module due to an external dependency not found: External dependency phonenumbers not installed: No package metadata was found for phonenumbers

This is an external dependency (a python library that needs to be installed).
In CLI, run
python -m pip install phonenumbers then, restart your Odoo service and retry.
