Hi guys. I can't seem to close my current POS Session because when I try to close it and post my entries, it shows me
"User Error
You cannot post an entry in an archived journal (Cash)"
I have not archived journal (Cash) so I do not understand why this is showing. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.
Hi,
Please go the journals menu and search for Cash in the archived records, activate it and close the pos session. And if this journal is configured any where in the settings, please replace with new intended journal or keep this journal as un archived.
