I'm basically setting up something whereby I can prequalify Leads/Partners for service. I'm trying to decide between using the HTML Form Builder or Surverys on Odoo 10 Community. With the HTML forms I'd need to extend/add to the ORM Fields in the database to be able to include all necessary info inorder to pre qualify. What's the best way of doing this? a module extension? With surveys it looks as though I can add but not easily return field data from DB queries nor add these into the sales channels easily once they have been qualified.

Any help, advice is much appreciated.
