I am facing an issue in Odoo's project management, Whenever we change the name of a project Odoo automatically renames the related Analytical Account. which is really confusing for the finance team. Because the Analytical account for any project can be changed. and sometimes they will be used in different projects. Why the "write" method of Project needs to rewrite the Analytical account's name ? is there a way to stop these weird behavior ?

I find it not weird, but totally logic. The analytic account is related to a project. So naturally if you change the name of a project, the analytic account changes. But changing name of a project is bad pratice. Also using the same analytic account for more than one project.
You can create analytic account without relation to project.
