How to Restrict Sales Person to View their own Customers

Question

Hi,

Like I have created a user "SManager" and made him "sales manager". and create anouther users "SPerson1" and "SPerson2" and made them "see own leads". But when I create customer from SPerson1, it is also appears in SPerson2 customer list. How to restrict this.

Also I have tried the following Record Rule but it prevent the users from creating new customers.

Create record rule and give force_domain.

or

Another option is : Create my contact menu and give own lead group on that.

And put filter on the action .
