Hi, Good Day to all of you,

Can you guys help me with my little problem? I am having difficulties entering Journal Entries in my ERP.(Maybe because I really don't understand Accounting Flow hahaha).

Anyways, this is my sample Journal Entry, Am I doing it right? I made, the Telephone Expense debit to Expenses account and Credit to Bank.

But when I try to save the Entry I got this Error, It says., "No Analytic Journal, You have to define an Analytic Journal on Bank Journal"

I am really trying my best to understand this, so any suggestions and answer will be helpful.

You must to define analytic journal for Bank journal. Go to Accounting / Configuration / Journals / Journals - open Bank Journal and put in field Analytic Journal new journal for Bank (create new).

If you want to make just accounting journal entry then procedure is correct.
