I am very new to Open ERP. I need to use a tool for managing subcontractors with the following features:

• Information subcontractors (IDs, contacts ... etc)
• Attach files (contracts)
• Create a sum of a global order, from which will be charged each time services (a maintenance contract with a duration of two years, for example, every time there is an intervention can charge some ... )
• If possible to monitor the quality of sub - contractors (attach a rating to each billing)
