How to load an action into a button

This is my xml code and when iam running it i got an error
<button name="%(jobsheet_manager_view_issue)d" states="draft,partially_available,assigned" string="Issued Material" groups="account.group_account_manager" type="object" class="oe_highlight" />

change the type from object to action
try this code
<button name="%(jobsheet_manager_view_issue)d" states="draft,partially_available,assigned" string="Issued Material" groups="account.group_account_manager" type="action" class="oe_highlight" />

use type="action" instead of using type="object"
