How I can hide any module from other system users from my admin account. I'm not giving them any access right but module is still visible to them. So, anyone who knows how to deal with it?

Hi,
Remove the users from corresponding user groups. For example if purchase menu is visible for other users, remove the access right from purchase and keep them empty. This can be done from Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users.
