I am having a product for which I am considering value depreciation after a certain period of time.

Example:

I have purchased the 10 quantity of product P1 on date D1 at cost 50$. The stock valuation for a specific product is 500$.

However, after D1+1 year I am considering the stock valuation as 400$ due to depreciation.

I am using the FIFO as a removal strategy for the inventory. How can I handle this scenario within Odoo?

I am using version 11
