Tryed many times what ever how much selceted items in contacts lists, when click export button then all the records exoprted to CSV or excel file.

If you use OpenERP 7:
Go to you tree view, select all the voice that you want export and select the menu "Other" (top side of tree view)
Select "Export" voice and in the wizard thta you see select what you want export.
If you use OpenERP 6.0 or 6.1:
Do the some thing but the Export voice is in the menus on the right side
Thanks for your reply, I am now testing V7.0, folowed with your setp as beow: 1. On the contacts list view to select only two items; 2. Click the buttom [More] choose [Export] on the drop down list; 3. [Export Type:] as [Import-Compatible Export] or [Export all data] [Export Formats] choose [CSV] or [Excel] ; 4. Choose some [Available fields]; 5. Click [Export To File] then open the file find all the 80 records exported but I only select 2 items. Why?
I have never seen this work in 6.1 or 7.0.
Export always exports all of the records visible on the current page, which by default is 80.
If you want to export 2 items, filter so only 2 are shown.
If you want to export all items, change the number of records from 80 to Unlimited.
You never have to select anything.
