As per subject when some record (ie applications, project,leads etc.. ) is moved between stages a note is automatically created at bottom of the record form with subject "Stage: FROM stageX-->StageY"

so my question is how to disable automatic creation for this kind of note ?

Consider that I've already disabled notification and following for stage change so no notification email is fired but the note is recorded anyway
