I am using two different databases with/ without same module for a single company. How can I consolidate these two databases with consolidate module ??

The consolidation module does not allow this. But you can create the company with their chart of account and simply import the trial balance every month/quarter/year... everytime you want to do consolidation

I do not know about a module which allows consolidation across databases. I only know about consolidation of companies inside one database. Please provide more information to get help.
