To change or update a user's password in Odoo, login with any user who has Administrator Access, Then go to "Settings," select "Users," find the user, and click on their name. Click "Change Password" under "Actions," enter the new password, and confirm it. If a user has forgotten their password, click "Reset Password" to send them an email with instructions to reset the password.

To update your own password , Goto My profile > Account Security Tab there will be a button called "change password" click on that and update your password.

Reply : In order to change the password of any user you must have the admin access you can follow the below steps :

Step 1 : Go to Setting -> Users & Companies -> Users
Step 2 : Select the user for whom you want to change password. 
Step 3 : Go to Top of the screen and under "Action" you will find an option "Change Password". Click on it and you will see the pop up to change password.
Step 4 : Fill the password in the Password column and Save it.

Note : You must have the admin access in order to change the password .
