Dear
If we give Manufacturing user permission, user can access all Bill of materials. But, we don't want to share all BOM to user. We would like to restrict user to access specific Bill of Materials. Could you please help how to do this?

Hello Zinmarphyo,
You can define new Many2one field of users (res.users) on mrp.bom model.
assign_user_ids = Fields.Many2many("res.users", string="Assign users")
Based on this field we can apply record rule of specifc group as below.
['|',('x_studio_assign_users', 'in', [user.id]),('x_studio_assign_users','=',False)]
