I have created two group one for user and one for manager I want to restrict user to edit form only in draft state. but the user can view it in all the state and the only manager can edit the form once it is in an approved state.
Anyone could help me achieve this.
Create Record Rules using domain
1. User has Edit access only where
[('state', '=', 'draft')]and read access for all states
[(1,'=',1)]
2. Manager has full access for Edit
[(1,'=',1)]
