I have cost of 100. I want 90% to go to account A and 10% to account B
How can I "program" this with a reconciliation model?

Hello I could not make it work on OE 14
In create reconciliation models tick the box to add a second line. Now you are free to choose a second account and choose the appropriate % for that line
