How do I add a selection field as a dropdown Filter to the top of an Odoo Dashboard?

Question

Is the selection field available for creating filters in the spreadsheet?

I need to define some filters, but one of the selection fields is not showing up as an option to create a filter in the spreadsheet.

In the output screen, the top highlighted filters have been defined. The 'offer' filter needs to be added as well.

As per my analysis, we can add only date, relation, and char fields as filters in the Odoo standard dashboard.
