In order to create this report you have to have studio. Go to a location, open studio and create a new report from the stock.location model.
Add a new Data Table and choose this path: doc (Inventory Locations)>Quant
Once you add the table, then you can keep adding new field columns to add extra information on the report. For example, cost of the product (table_line (Quants)>Product>Cost), quantity of the product in the location (table_line (Quants)>Product>Quantity On Hand).
