Hello,

I've installed the helpdesk module in Odoo and I'm trying to use a web form to receive tickets for a specific team. However, I noticed something odd when I set the form action to "Create a ticket." The subject field becomes mandatory for the name, while the actual "Name" field is ignored. I haven't been able to find a way to change this behavior.

When I rename the "Name" field and rearrange it, the autofill feature doesn't recognize the renamed field on the form. To work around this, I removed the standard "Name" field from the form, but now the autofill doesn't automatically add people's names. It's not a major issue, but I find it a bit strange. 

Do you have any suggestions on how to fix or change this?
