I am trying to create a “help center” section on my website where the public can find answers to common questions and maybe some tutorials. I found this Odoo tutorial: Help Center Tutorial, and at the end of the video, it shows exactly what I need for my website. I followed this tutorial step by step, but unfortunately, there must be additional steps not shown in the tutorial because after finishing it, there is no “help” section visible on the website.

So, I tried to create a site using the menu editor and then connect it with a link. It works, but it is only visible when I am signed in. If I am not signed in, I cannot see "help" in my menu bar. This does not solve my problem of having a help section for public use.

Do you have any ideas on how to solve this?
