Hi Everyone,I've tried several times to import a CSV file containing the contacts I'd like to add to the CRM app. However, I haven't been successful in uploading it. Each time, two errors message appears, stating the following:

 
1. Found more than 10 errors and more than one error per 10 records, interrupted to avoid showing too many errors.

2. Unknown error during import: : Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0) at multiple rows

Can anyone help me understand what I need to resolve to get the contacts to load? Thank you!!

Did you see the two links at the bottom of the Import screen (scroll down)?


You have not posted any details about your file, and none of us are good at guessing, so I suggest you use the Import Template for Customers - just copy/paste your data into it since you know it will import.
