Hello everybody,

I'm on the online version. I want to import contacts and I get the error "Error on line 0: "'Contacts require a name'". I have 500 names and no empty boxes in my excel.

To check, I created an Excel file with only my title line: name and external id

Then I put only 1 line with: TOTO and 1 The error at line 0 remains.

I don't see what is causing this error at all.

The choice of id was not the right one.

To import contacts for the first time, you need the "name" field of course and the id must be imported into the "external id" field.
