I am working from my staging database and tried to install the eCommerce app - but it fails.

The error message includes - 

in model. py on line  line 1995

raise ValueError('External ID not found in the system: %s' % xmlid)
ValueError: External ID not found in the system: website.main_menu

and 

function IrModelData._xmlid_lookup at 0x7fec6ce5bc70>, 'website.main_menu')

Any suggestions how to correct this problem and how to upload the entire error message?
