Hi,
Yes, It is possible. first, you have to configure an incoming mail server.
To configure an incoming mail server,
please refer this blog: https://www.cybrosys.com/blog/email-configuration-in-odoo
After configuring the incoming mail server, you have a Fetch now button, there you can fetch all emails in the mail that you configured.

You can configure incoming mail of gmail.
Ex:
IMAP Server
Server Name : imap.gmail.com
Port : 993
SSL/TLS : True
In Login information set user name & password of gmail.
