I payed for Odoo Enterprise, but I don't know what are the differences between Odoo Enterprise and Odoo Community. In particular I have some doubts about  Cloud offered by the 2 options : Odoo Eneterprise has the Cloud Option inclueded, while the Community doesn't? So using Odoo Community I have to buy an extra Hardisk to do by myself a daily database's backup?

Odoo offers no hosting or support for the Community Edition so you will need to manage your own backups.
