Dashboard Creation - Odoo 11

Question

Hi,
I need to create a dashboard showing a kanban view(By clicking it,it should open employee form view) of employee profile as a starting menu,It should be automatically created when an employee profile and user created
How could I do this?
Please help

Hi,
You can either create dashboard using js and xml file according to your need or there are already apps in odoo apps for hr dashboard view you can check this  Apps [1]

Hi,
If you are looking to use the kanban view as a Dashboard, please have a look at this module, which extends the kanban view to use as the Dashboard :  Beauty Spa Management [1]

Once the module is installed, you can see a menu named Dashboard.
