For sharing, now I think of a simple solution to let RFID enabled for Odoo.

There is actually no need for programming on the code level or change the configuration. There is one kind of RFID reader (USB) with emulated keyboard input so when your cursor put at the serial number field and read RFID tag, ID is input automatically.

However, this approach cannot allow bulk scan that is the strength of RFID.
