I'm using Odoo10CE, i have 5 companies and when i want to add a new one ( settings -> companies -> create) i get an odoo warning "Can't find generic make to order route"
Any help would be very welcome!

Probably someone deleted the record with the route_warehouse__mto identifier.
See /addons/stock/data/stock_data.xml
This record identifying the MTO route in the generic 0 warehouse - the basic one.
I suggest restoring this route definition by updating the entire system.
How restore the MTO route if it has been deleted by chance
in my case the solution was to go to Apps -> inventory -> upgrade
and it added all the missing data but before doing that i suggest that you make a backup of your current system
