I am trying to connect the Epson TM-T82x printer with odoo pos using an IP address assigned to the printer. There is an error message "Connection to printer Failed".
I went through all the solutions that are mentioned in the forum but still, I am not able to solve this issue.
Please Help me

i also has the same issue with TM-T82x,
but from my experience, i realize that TM-T82x has no epos protocol
but if you buy
TM-T82 307 (LAN), there is EPOS PROTOCOL in it, and you can use it normally in POS
any answer or advice?

in what action this "Connection to printer Failed" error appear? what did you do that cause this error message appear?
did you try to test the printer by printing from other app (outside odoo like ms office)?
can you elaborate more please?
