Unable to locate this app in the available list for Saas users!
Saas users are only able to install certified modules. These are mainly the ones OpenERP wrote. This one was written by a Gold partner in Belgium - https://www.openerp.com/partners/directory/-450/Noviat+s.a.

You can do that using Aeroo Reports.
