hello


I want to create an helpdesk ticket when a contact with tag=Portail is created

the ID of helpdesk are incremented but I don't find the tickets...


have you an idea?

After that when I create a new contact with a tag containing "portal" in that case HelpDesk ticket is created.

It would help if you share the automated action's code you have used.
Sounds like you've created the ticket but maybe assigned it to the wrong team or user, therefore not being visible due to permissions.

how can I make the link between the contact and the ticket customer?

As long as you have set the "partner_email" field, you don't need to set the customer (partner_id) as when you first respond via email in Odoo chatter, it will automatically link the customer for you.
However you could always make your automation link the partner_id as well manually.
