I am getting this error while try to access any existing database. It was working fine but the error exists just yesterday.

After spending a lot of hours I have just found that the addons path was mistakenly changed to '/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/addons' from '/odoo/odoo-server/addons'

Did you solved it? I'm stuck with the same error. My addons path are correct.
In my case it was just a problem with the addons path. You may also check the libraries are correctly installed and your virtual environment is correctly configured.
